In a reality where our medical system is so complicated and daunting, it is incredibly refreshing and valuable to work with people with such heart, patience, and understanding. This is one of those times when I wish there options for a 6th or even a 7th star! Non-emergent medical transportation somehow seems to minimize the tremendous personal investment and massive dedication provided by Paul and Kirsten. These guys care - I mean they really really care. I plunged them into a desperate, difficult and dire situation - needing to transport my ailing father to and from hemodialysis in a wheelchair. Sparing the specifics, Paul went far above what I would ask or expect to help my father. Truly amazing service and even more amazing human beings. Thank you somehow seems not enough.

My experience with Gentle Turns was one of the few I have ever had where a service, provided to me, especially when I have health challenges, was total perfection. When I walked out to get into the vehicle, I saw a sedan instead of an SUV or van. This meant I didn’t need assistance to get into the vehicle. It is obvious the owner saw a need to provide a vehicle that would better suit my needs even though I did not specifically request a particular kind of vehicle. And Mark, my driver, was a calming and fun person and that made what is usually a dull and possibly an anxiety laden trip, turning out to be the opposite. I appreciate Gentle Turns and my driver and everything they provide to the community. This takes real dedication and caring. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

The company is absolutely incredible. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience I had with them. They were even able to accommodate me to get X-rays after my Dr. appointment. The driver was Michael and was beyond fabulous. Kristen is so nice and helpful. I would rate them a 10+

I can’t say enough great things about this company! I ended up using their services three times in just two weeks, and every experience was absolutely amazing.The owners, Kiersten and Paul, are incredibly caring and compassionate, and it truly shows through their entire team. Every driver I encountered treated me with kindness, respect, and what I would call “white glove” service—always making sure I felt safe and comfortable.As a bariatric wheelchair user, transportation can be challenging, but they made each trip feel easy and stress-free, which is something you don’t find often. It meant so much to me. My doctor even commented on how attentive and caring my driver was—she was genuinely impressed!I feel so blessed to have found this company. If you’re looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional service, I highly recommend them.

Prompt, courteous, & easy to deal with transportation company.

We were referred to Gentle Turns by the assisted living that my dad is in. Thank goodness too because they are wonderful. Drivers are safety conscious, friendly, and very happy to help. The whole process is simple and convenient and I don’t worry that my father is in the hands of other people. I know they’ve got him. Very highly recommend!!

I needed to be transported to a surgery and taken home, and the employee who was with me the WHOLE time, acted like a second mom to me. She was so caring and compassionate, it goes beyond words. I am so glad that I chose Gentle Turns instead of anyone else, specifically for her! I highly recommend Gentle Turns as a medical escort if youre going to have surgery, but do not have transportation. No one does it better!

I have used Gentle Turns on several occasions, and found their service excellent. The drivers were all very thoughtful and courteous. They demonstrated knowledge of freeway and local addresses, and all my experiences with them were positive.

I set this up for my brother. I live in California and needed to make sure John was receiving good care. I spoke to Kirsten who was so great. She contacted me to let me know who the driver would be. Well, Mark showed up on time, escorted my brother (who is in a wheelchair) into the doctor''s office. There was some mix up with the medical office. They had sent a letter to my brother saying he had an appointment - but they had no appointment booked! Mark took him to a few neighboring offices in the same complex. My brother said he was wonderful.Thank you for gifting me some comfort and reassurance. I will totally use Gentle Turns again. AWESOME!!!

I have had 3 recent transports with Gentle Turns. All have been excellent. They are reliable, on time, help you into and out of appointments, stay until you are finished, and are pleasant to deal with and ride with. I feel comfortable and confident about trips I schedule with them. I wouldn’t ride with anyone else. Great company. I am grateful for their fine service.

Gentle Turns will be the only company I use to transport my mother to medical appointments. We have used them on multiple occasions, and the service was exceptional each and every time. From reliability, to genuine care and friendliness, to excellent driving and safety, my mother was in the best hands from start to finish. The owners are extremely caring and wonderful to work with. I would give ten stars if I could!

I would just like to start out by saying Paul and Kirsten are two of the greatest, dearest people you can ever meet. I've had two trips with gentle turns and never has there been an issue. From start to finish the experience was great. My drivers were on time (which is a plus) they stood with me till I was seen by my Dr. They waited in the waiting area so I never stressed about a ride because I knew they'd be there when I was done. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and comfortable. I highly recommend Gentle Turns to anyone who needs safe and reliable transportation.

For an appointment in Phoenix my doctor required I have reliable transportation to and from appointment. I found this company and I could not be happier. Mark arrived on time, got me to appointment on time and waited for me to be released. He was so kind and pleasant. We talked the whole time. Highly recommend this company.

Very rarely is service so exceptional that I am compelled to write a review without being asked. Especially in an industry that I participate in since as humans we can be more critical of a space that we represent. That being said I also know when something special comes along I need to recognize it…because there is nothing like caring for vulnerable people that exposes the good the bad and the ugly on more days than we wish. Gentle Turns gives me hope, gives me joy, and confidence that there are truly great kind and ethical companies out there. On Sunday I had a client who lives in Prescott need last minute transport from Chandler back home to Prescott. I called Gentle Turns and within an hour Paul was there to make an unexpected unplanned 100+ mile round trip drive. There are no words that I have that could convey how thankful I am. She has no family. She has only very elderly friends and neighbors no one to drive to Phoenix to pick her up. She got to go home, sleep comfortably in her own bed, and snuggle up to her beloved dog that she hadn’t seen for several days. All becuase Paul and his team care more about others than they do themselves. They truly have a servants heart and a spirit of customer service. No one complained because it was Sunday, no one made us feel like we should be grateful that they answered the phone (we were grateful), no one made us feel like they were doing us a favor (they were) they just cared about us and our client. I have had Gentle Turns transport my wife on three different occasions. Everyone was very safety conscience and went out of their way to make my wife comfortable with the transfer from her bed to the vehicle and back again. It is hard to find enough superlatives to express our gratitude for the Gentle Turns service. My husband and I relied on this service for transportation to Banner University Hospital for a medical procedure and again to a surgical center in north Phoenix the same week. In both cases, the scheduling, pick up and delivery could not have been better. The drivers are so sensitive to the needs of seniors! My mother-in-law fell and broke both of her legs. After time in the hospital then a skilled nursing facility she was moved into a small group home. Finding Gentle Turns has been a life saver. I could no longer get my Mom in my SUV, she couldn't lift her leg high enough to get it over the edge. I am so grateful for Gentle Turns. I am in the process of healing and regaining my mobility, so I have not been able to drive to physical therapy or doctor's appointments on my own. So thrilled to have found Gentle Turns! The driver immediately put my loved one, who does not like change, at ease. The wheelchair easily and securely loaded into the van. Lindy was a great help throughout the grocery shopping trip and made sure all went smoothly. I would give 10 stars if available. My husband a veteran who is wheel chair bound, with Parkinsens, dementia and so much back pain and I his wife were stranded at a doctor's office.A company contracted through the VA calledOWL had arranged for a 10:30 AM pickup for our Dr's appointment, but did not arrive till after 11:00 which made us late for our doctors appointment. They then didn't come back to pick us up.I called Gentle Turn and one of the proprietors from the family owned business just picked up and came out to rescue us.I highly recommend Gentle Turns 100%

My family had an excellent experience when we used Gentle Turns for our transport. Paul was prompt, professional and friendly. Very caring service and Paul stayed extra time until a stretcher bed was brought out, so we didn't have to sit in the lobby chairs.

Gentle Turns is top notch, providing phenomenal service well beyond what is expected or provided by other companies. We have used other companies that left us waiting a while or that did not have good service.
