Gentle Turns is a responsive, caring company that we have relied on for transportation to appointments when a family member's health declined. They have accommodated her needs using both a wheelchair and gurney at various times. You will find them to be prompt, professional and courteous.

I am an older man recovering from serious spinal surgery. I am semi ambulatory using a cane, walker or other assistance. Per my surgeon's orders I am not allowed to drive. I needed a service to get me to and from my PT appointments and elsewhere. At the suggestion of a relative I looked into Gentle Turns and began riding with them about 6 weeks ago. I am extremely happy with their service. The drivers are all polite, friendly, professional and very helpful. They make sure I get out of my home safely and into their vehicle then safely into my destination . The same is true for the return trip; pick me up inside the facility, where they usually wait for me, and get me safely to their vehicle and back into my home. As an added bonus the drivers have all been conversational, which I enjoy. And the office support has been exceptional-I give them my itinerary and it is executed-no late arrivals, missed dates or excuses. Rides are confirmed the day before and your driver's identity disclosed. No awkward surprises. In sum, the whole operation works exceptionally well. As you can probably tell from my comments I give my full throated endorsement to their service. 5 stars seem inadequate.

My 90yo father needed to go to the ER. Our fire dept transport costs $250, but Gentle Turns was less than half of that price because it was a holiday. So it would have been even less on a regular day! And the driver was so kind, she wheeled my father into the ER and found me at the front of the line checking my dad in. She verified who I was, then sweetly said goodbye to my father. She was on time and picked up dad in less than an hour of me calling for service. Now that's Courtesy! Thank you GT!

My Mom is in a wheelchair and whenever she needs to go to a doctor she needs transportation. All the drivers at Gentle Turns are wonderful and my Mom feels safe and secure with them. They are all very kind and engage in delightful conversation with my Mom. Whenever she uses them she always tells me how great her experience was with them and how thankful she is that we were able to find such a wonderful service. I highly recommend them!
