Ladies and gentlemen I wanna tell you truthfully. Gentle Turns is the best service my wife and I have experienced. On 05/21/25 we used their service for the 1st time. It was also our wedding anniversary. So my wife is recovering from a stroke from last yr, and isn't able to walk. So she definitely needs assistance, and our driver was great!! This company is the bomb no doubt!! Kirsten one of the owners, is a pleasure as well. I've already booked about 4 appointments already for June, for my wife. Short story - Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate to connect with Gentle Turns.Long story - We unexpectedly needed transport services for a specialty wheelchair weighing 425lbs. While they don’t usually take on-demand requests, Gentle Turns was able to schedule in our day-of request. Kirsten transported the device and took excellent care of my parents on the journey. She went above and beyond answering their questions about accessible vehicles, equipment, etc. We will definitely use Gentle Turns in the future. Highly recommend!

I used this transport service for the first time to bring my husband home from a hospice facility, and after previously using other transport companies that had horrible maintenance on their vehicle, and an unclean interior this was just the opposite. Immaculate vehicle inside and out and a very pleasant driver! The fee was reasonable too, especially since our insurance doesn’t cover transportation. I would highly recommend Gentle Turns!

I am beyond thankful for Kirsten and this company. My dad has had to transfer to wheel chair and I had no way to get him to his appointments. And I live out of state! We have used them two times so far and both times the driver has been on time, professional, helpful and gone over and above. I was able to be there for these two rides so I got to witness everything first hand and talk dad through the process. This week he will be going alone and I know he feels very comfortable and safe. Being a wheelchair user is difficult enough, but trying to find reliable transportation when you need it is almost impossible. LOOK NO FURTHER!!We have used this wonderful service twice now for my mother in law. I can’t say enough about how smoothly everything went! Paul is caring, helpful and outgoing and immediately made us feel at ease. Transporting a loved one who can no longer ride in a car can be stressful but with Gentle Turns it was a stress free enjoyable experience!

Kirsten even went in with Me at the Drop off Surgi Center, and also even walked Me up my Steps when taking me back home. My driver, Mike was on time and such a caring person, helped me into the van and made sure I was comfortable. An excellent driver and a great fun person to chat with! Paul and Kirsten offer a very reliable, comfortable transport service. They are both very sincere and caring individuals who ensured our 85 yr old mother got to and from her dialysis appointments. I needed transportation following a surgery at Mayo. After doing research online, I chose Gentle Turns as my non-emergency transport. I'm glad I did. They were wonderful and patient working with me and Mayo's OR timing. Gentle Turns provided me a pleasant and safe drive back from the hospital. Hopefully I won't have to have surgery again, but if I do need post-op transportation, I would definitely choose Gentle Turns to take me home. They were great.

Gentle Turns is an excellent medical transport company. They took my 98 year-old mother in wheelchair to her appointments waited for her and brought her back. She said the wheelchair van was so comfortable and secure that she could’ve ridden around with them all day. The staff was very friendly and she enjoyed being with them. They are affordable compared to other companies out there and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for anyone with medical transportation needs.

I’m so happy that I found Gentle Turns. I was in a dilemma trying to find transport for my mom who is recently wheelchair bound to a doctors appointment. I had called other transport companies that told me she’d have to be moved in a gurney. This wasn’t a good option for her situation. Gentle Turns picked up my mom and anchored her down safely in their van in her own wheelchair. The best part is that I was able to ride with her. This really alleviated a lot of stress since my mom has dementia and gets easily scared and confused in new situations. Paul and Kirsten were very kind. They provided a stress free experience for my mom and me. I will be using them again.
